With over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate, Thor Harrison is a seasoned professional in asset management, leasing, and property development. Thor’s career began at 19 when he earned his full agent’s license and worked part-time during university, gaining practical experience in residential and commercial real estate.
After completing his Bachelor’s degree in Property Economics, Thor honed his expertise in property development, where he played a pivotal role in pre- and post-development feasibility, as well as the marketing of projects for the Pradella Group. He later transitioned to family-run agency Netrent Commercial, completing up to 55 sales and leasing transactions annually before focussing on Property Management.
His passion for portfolio performance optimisation and asset management led to roles in portfolios comprising retail, commercial, and mixed-use assets. He has a focus on maximising long-term asset value and operational performance.
Thor is committed to achieving ‘win-win’ outcomes and is known for his honesty, transparency, and ability to foster strong stakeholder relationships.
In addition to his professional commitments he is a Patrol Captain at Northcliffe Surf Club where he has been a member for 30 years, a past President of the Norwegian Club of Queensland and is a keen participant in outdoor activities.
Occasionally when the opportunity permits, he darts overseas for an adventure.
